Vibrating screen is an important screening equipment in the production line of mining, crushing stone, chemical industry, construction and other industries. It is often used for screening particles or dry materials. The amplitude is an important technical parameter of the vibrating screen, which affects the screening efficiency and production volume. For ease of use, the amplitude can be adjusted to control the speed of the equipment screening.
Regarding the question of how to view the amplitude of the vibrating screen, the amplitude of the vibrating screen cannot be directly observed by the eye and needs to be calculated using a formula. The calculation formula is S=M/W (S refers to the amplitude, M refers to the working torque of the vibrator, and W refers to the total weight of the vibrating part of the machine body). The amplitude of the vibrating screen can be calculated by this formula.
The influence of the amplitude of the vibrating screen: If the amplitude of the vibrating screen is too large, the blockage of the screen hole will be *ly reduced, which is also conducive to stratification, so increasing the amplitude is conducive to the transportation of materials and increasing the screening amount. However, if the amplitude requirement is exceeded, the destructiveness to the equipment will be *er. On the contrary, if the amplitude is very small, it will cause the screen hole to be blocked, which is not conducive to the screening and stratification of bulk materials, but it will cause less damage to the equipment. Therefore, if the amplitude is adjusted to a reasonable requirement, the service life of the vibrating screen and the exciter bearing will be extended.
Factors affecting the amplitude:
1. Vibrating screen model. Generally speaking, the larger the vibrating screen model, the larger the selected amplitude.
2. The influence of the exciter. The exciter is the main power source of the vibrating screen. The stronger the excitation force generated by the exciter, the larger the amplitude. On the contrary, the amplitude will decrease accordingly if the excitation force decreases.
3. Feeding amount. The processing capacity of each model of the vibrating screen is certain. Choose the appropriate model according to production requirements.
4. The influence of vibration frequency. The higher the vibration frequency, the larger the amplitude of the vibrating screen, and the *er the production capacity.
5. Spring position and stiffness. The change in the overall stiffness of the spring will produce torques in different directions, causing the vibrating screen to swing and vibrate, affecting the amplitude of the vibrating screen.
Adjustment of amplitude: Before adjustment, you should * determine whether the amplitude of the vibrating screen can meet the screening requirements when it is in working state. If not, you can adjust the amplitude. When adjusting, turn off the power *, remove the shield on the exciter, and then rotate the balance block on the exciter shaft to change the exciting force generated by the exciter. Place the balance block at the same percentage position of the exciter, and then lock the eccentric block. The amplitude adjustment is completed. In addition, the amplitude can also be changed by directly adjusting the weight of the balance block or the angle of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the shaft.
Selection of amplitude: Generally, the amplitude is selected by the particle size and properties of the screened material. Different operating conditions select different amplitudes and frequencies. The larger the size of the vibrating screen, the larger the selected amplitude. When the particle size of the processed material is large, the amplitude is also increased accordingly. In addition, select according to the nature of the material. For example, when the linear screen is used for grading, the amplitude is slightly larger, and when it is used for dehydration, the amplitude should be smaller.
