　　2. Unstable vibration

　　Irregular vibrations and vibrations in the mobile crushing station: There may be a problem with the hammer. It could also be a problem with the bearings and gear coupling.

　　3. The size of the finished product is irregular

　　When the particles are too fine, there may be too many hammer or jaw teeth. When the particles are too coarse, there may be fewer hammer heads or jaws, or the conveyor belt may be too loose or the voltage may be insufficient.

　　4. Shaft and bearing overheating

　　The bearings of the mobile crushing station are subject to the full load of the machine. If the bearing temperature is too high, there may be insufficient oil. If the lubricating oil is contaminated, it may also cause the bearing to overheat.

　　5. The triangle belt is too loose

　　The V-belt that drives the sheave is too loose, causing the belt to slip.

　　6. The eccentric shaft is stuck

　　The tightening bushing of the eccentric shaft is loose, resulting in no gap on both sides of the bearing seat of the frame, making the eccentric shaft stuck and unable to rotate.

　　7. Voltage is too low

　　The voltage at the work site is too low, and the host is unable to break after encountering aniseed.
