From the characteristics of the material itself, the main reasons for the blockage of the vibrating feeder are the viscosity and moisture. Due to the reduced fluidity of the material, this will lead to the usual "wall hanging" and "shed material" phenomenon after the material enters the warehouse, especially in the rainy season. The gap between the iron core and the armature of the feeder is too large or too small. If this happens, the feeding of the feeder will be affected because the machine cannot reach the normal amplitude.
2. It may be caused by too much feeding, which causes the accumulation of materials in the machine base, the increase of the lifting resistance screw conveyor force, and the poor operation of the hopper. In this case, the feeding amount should be reduced immediately and maintained. Feed evenly.
 3. There is too little material in the silo. Because the material falls from a height of more than ten meters, the deeper the depth of the vibrating feeder silo, the *er the acceleration, and the *er the impact. Therefore, under the action of gravity, the material of a certain size gradually releases the storage at the bottom of the silo. The material is impacted and compacted; when the material is discharged again, blockage is likely to occur.
 4. Poor management of material storage points, resulting in large pieces of materials or foreign objects entering the warehouse. At the entrance of the silo of the vibrating feeder, the screen grate that is not set as required is too large, causing large pieces of material or foreign objects to enter the silo and cause blockage. In the process of use, we should also pay attention not to directly press the load of the silo on the chute of the feeder, which will cause fatigue damage to the spring plate and the connecting fork for a long time, causing one of them to break.
 5. Structural blocking of the silo, the silo of the vibrating feeder is made of steel plate, and its shape is *ly cone, square cone or hyperbola with a large upper mouth and a small lower mouth.
