1, After starting the oil pump motor for 5-10 minutes, check the working condition of the lubrication system. The main motor can only be started after the main motor is working normally.

2, Before starting, please check the lubrication system, taper, correct the belt tension, and tighten all screws. 　
　

3, When sping normally, the ore supply should be sped *, and only in all cases, the main motor can s removing the ore in the crusher. Then s the oil pump motor. 　
　
After sping, check all parts completely and deal with all problems in time. 　　

4, the cone crusher can only start feeding after 1 to 2 minutes of no-load operation. 　
　
Because the cone crusher is full of ore, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the ore is normal, especially the ore with a lot of mud and high moisture, to prevent the ore from blocking the feed inlet. 　
　
Also pay attention to check the discharge situation during the operation, and it is not allowed to accumulate ore in the space below the sealing device.
