When replacing the cone, you can use dry ice to cool the copper cone of the moving cone during installation. The method of the copper sleeve needs at least 2 hours. When the cooling is sufficient, use the lifting ring to lift the copper sleeve. Use a flat gasket under the lifting ring to ensure the copper sleeve The side is parallel to the bottom side of the moving cone.

2. Replacement of eccentric shaft copper sleeve
After the locking packing is drilled and drilled, put the eccentric sleeve upside down and take out the old copper sleeve. Before installing a new copper sleeve, it must be adhered to whether there is any crack in the inner hole size of the eccentric sleeve. When installing the copper sleeve of the eccentric shaft, it can be cooled with dry ice. When pouring the locking filler, the eccentric sleeve and the copper sleeve must be at a temperature of about 70 degrees, and the oil holes of the eccentric sleeve and the copper sleeve must be aligned.

3. Replacement of horizontal shaft copper sleeve
The outer copper sleeve of the cone crusher can be taken out through a self-made pull-out device. After the copper sleeve is removed, you need to check whether the size of the inner hole of the shaft frame is reasonable. When installing the horizontal shaft copper sleeve, it is necessary to use dry ice to shrink for at least 2 hours.
