    When the jaw crusher is working, the motor is used as power. The eccentric shaft is driven by a V-belt and a pulley through a motor pulley, so that the movable cymbal reciprocates according to a predetermined trajectory, and enters a fixed raft, a movable raft, and side guards. The material in the crushing chamber composed of plates is broken, and the finished material is discharged through the lower discharge port. The discharge port (discharge port) can be adjusted according to user needs to obtain qualified product material size. Different materials purchased by customers, different materials and crushing particles of crushers are also different. So how to adjust the output particle size?

    1. By adjusting the tension spring and adjusting the rear wedge, adjust the two wedges between the back seat of the thrust plate and the frame to control the size of the particles. This method is suitable for small crushers.

    2. Adjust the washers, that is, place a set of washers between the rear of the support base of the rear thrust plate and the rear wall of the frame. By increasing or decreasing the number of gaskets or changing the thickness, the purpose of adjusting the discharge port can be achieved.
