1. Before the crusher starts
Check the fuel level in the fuel tank.
Check the height of the oil level in the adjustment tank.
Check that the shut-off valve between the fuel tank and the fuel level is fully open.
Check if there is stone accumulation on the lower cabinet.

2. After starting the lubricant pump
Check the condition of lubricating oil returning to the tank and whether the lubricating oil is clean.
Check the oil pipe for oil leakage.

3. After starting the crusher
Check whether the lubricating oil of the pinion shaft works normally.
Check the machine settings.
Check if there is any blockage in the feed hopper or distributor to interrupt the feed.

4. The crusher is working
Observe whether the sound of the crusher is abnormal.
Observe whether the lubricating oil pump has abnormal sound.
Check the oil return temperature.
Check the current or power loss of the drive motor.
Check the pressure of the regulating system.
Check the temperature of the pinion gearbox.
Check the oil pressure at normal operating temperature.
Check for oil leakage
Check if the belt is loose.

5. After the crusher ss running
Check if the oil heater is connected.
Check whether the distance between the nut and the underside of the boom meets the requirements.
Check whether the impurities in the return oil filtered through the filter increase or change, for example, a large number of metal particles abnormally appear.
