The main classification vibrating screen

 Vibrating screen is mainly divided into linear vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen, high frequency vibrating screen. 4 fixed screen, the working part of the fixed, by the material along the working surface sliding and the material to be screened. Fixed grid is a kind of application in concentrator, generally used for rough or broken before the pre screening. The structure is simple and the manufacture is convenient. No power, can be directly discharged to the ore sieve. The main disadvantage is low productivity, low screening efficiency, generally only 50-60% .
